Terms of Service

These terms apply to metabolicgfcxtremefit.com, the Metabolic Score, the Metabolic Flex client app and coaching provided by GFC Xtreme Fitness. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Coaching, not medical care

Metabolic Flex provides fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and education. It is not medical care and doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe. The Metabolic Score is an educational self-assessment, not a diagnosis. Talk to your physician before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have diabetes, heart disease, are pregnant, or take medication. Don't change medication without your prescriber. In an emergency, call 911.

GFC Lab

Medical services in GFC Lab are provided by independent licensed clinicians through Altrohealth, under Altrohealth's terms. Prescriptions are issued only when a clinician finds them appropriate and are never guaranteed. Medical services are billed separately from coaching.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

Program, payment and cancellation

• Foundation phase: $299/month with a 3-month minimum. If you cancel early, the remaining months of the minimum are still due.
• Momentum phase (optional): $199/month for a 6-month commitment, offered after the first 3 months.
• Lumen device: free with enrollment and shipped after your first payment clears. It's yours to keep. It includes 12 months of Lumen membership, subject to Lumen's own terms.
• Payments renew monthly until the commitment ends. After that, you can cancel any time before the next billing date.
• Founding spots are limited. When they're full, new sign-ups go on a waitlist.

Assumption of risk

Exercise carries risk of injury. You agree to train within your limits, follow safe technique, stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and accept those risks.

Results

Results vary with starting point, adherence, medication and individual biology. We don't guarantee specific outcomes. Any client stories shown are shared with permission and aren't typical-result promises.

Your account and content

Keep your login private. Program materials, videos and the app belong to GFC Xtreme Fitness and are for your personal use only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GFC Xtreme Fitness isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
