Privacy Policy

Metabolic Flex is a coaching program of GFC Xtreme Fitness ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on metabolicgfcxtremefit.com and in the Metabolic Flex client app, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, and phone number (optional).
• Metabolic Score quiz answers, and the score and focus area we calculate from them.
• Client app data (clients only): daily check-ins such as Lumen score, energy, weight, steps, sleep and notes, workouts completed, and session dates.
• Website usage: pages visited and the ad or email that brought you here, through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To show your Metabolic Score and send you the results and educational emails you asked for.
• To schedule and run coaching sessions and personalize your program.
• To send text messages, only if you checked the separate SMS consent box.
• To measure which ads and emails work. We never send your health answers to Meta, Google or other advertisers. They receive only that an action happened (for example, "quiz completed").

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run this program for us: Systeme.io (email), Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (client app database), Lumen (if you use the device, under Lumen's own privacy policy), and Meta (ad measurement, as described above).

GFC Lab (medical services)

GFC Lab visits, prescriptions and medical records are handled by Altrohealth and its licensed clinicians on their HIPAA-compliant platform, under Altrohealth's privacy policy. We don't receive your medical records unless you choose to share them with your coach.

Text messages

If you opt in, you'll get up to 4 messages a week about your results and coaching. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. We don't share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email; opt out of texts by replying STOP.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing ptrainer@gfcxtreme.com.

Security and retention

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit and access controls. We keep your information while you're a lead or client and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it or ask our providers to.

Children

This program is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
